The gambling hall occupies 50,000 square feet, and has distinctive features like an eighty-spot camper park and two thousand, five hundred passenger canal boat.
Casino Queen is located in East Saint Louis at two hundred South Front Street. There are one hundred and fifty rooms and 7 suites available at the gambling den. The casino covers27,500 square feet and presents many highlights. Besides gambling, Casino Queen provides a 2,500 customer paddle wheeler, a 140 space recreational vehicle court and simple access to MetroLink light-rail location.
